However, there are many loyal employees of Arteu since his days as CEO, who have taken the initiative. Edward Espinueva is one such person. Together with fellow miners who share his disposition, they go about their jobs mining and hauling. Since ORE is now a subsidiary they have first-hand knowledge of the usurpers motives, movements, and bureaucracy from within its framework.

Armed with this information these employees sought out to aid their former CEO indirectly. Through certain loopholes and good standing with key agents they were successful in creating a shell corporation. In the "books" everything seem spot on. But in actuality ORE ships and precious Nocxium minerals are being siphoned off ever so discreetly into this front company.

Heading this shell corporation is acting CEO and Founder, Edward Espinueva. He has made it his mission to drain Serpentis of the majority of, if not all, its ORE assets and Nocxium stockpiles right under their noses. Thereby returning what is rightfully Arteu's legacy. While at the same time giving Serpentis a taste of their own medicine.
